I am going to Oahu, Hawaii in October. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to save money on local attractions, shows, and meals while I am there?

Ask alot of the local people. Go to the less tourist area’s and you can find alot of things cheaper. We befriended alot of the locals and we were able to get shows cheaper. Plus you can find awesome dinning places. Get a puka dog you won’t regret it.

I would suggest you pick up the touristy books that you find all over Waikiki and at the airport (in the brown bins near the gates and baggage claims). They have all sorts of coupons that will save you money on attractions, shows, and restaurants.
Good luck and happy travels!

There are lots of brochures with bargains and coupons available anywhere in HI. Also, if you don’t mind wasting a couple of hours, attend a time-share presentation and get free tickets to an area attraction. Aloha!
