But these are just discernible resources. Every customer also has non-tangible resources that are specifically the human resources of the company. People are thought to be non-tangible as the company does not own them but only employs them.
If there are inefficiencies in the company, this will be addressed by handling it so things can change. The team desires to first look at the diverse departments and the individuals before it is able to come up with an action plan.
