The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is designed to help consumers with disputing but in actuality the process has become muddled and difficult. Basically, it is simple to understand why if you understand the process.

The Credit Bureaus are setup to provide information to Lenders. Lenders provide information to the Credit Bureaus and then pay to have that reported.
