There are three traditional methods of management of personal income.
1. Budgeting
2. Keep a history of spending and
3. Nothing to do (also as living paycheck to paycheck known).
Budgeting is to determine how much is spent per cent of future income, expenditure categories, the inclusion of all purchases in order to monitor how well the expenditure remains within the limits specified.
