Our proud nation is dealing with some precarious financial problems at the present moment.  To begin with we are  in the middle of the worst recession to hit since the great depression, we are also trying to win two wars and may end up fighting a third, and to top things off consumer credit card debt is climbing to record levels.  All of these problems are leaving Americans struggling pretty badly when it comes to their finances.
